ZimaWork comes from a simple idea: measuring a team’s real work should not clash with respecting people. Too many monitoring tools force a choice between giving data and being fair. We built both.

Our software measures each employee’s real activity —remote and in-office—, captures what happens on screen and uses AI to explain it in plain language. And it does so transparently by design: employees see a notice, a visible icon and what is collected; we never record keystrokes or work outside the defined schedule.

We believe trust and data are not opposites: objective data is exactly what lets you trust without chasing anyone.
