Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of ZimaWork, a service for monitoring and analysing work activity on computers owned by the customer company.

The service may only be installed on equipment owned by the customer company and intended for work. Installation on employees’ personal devices is expressly prohibited.

The customer company undertakes to inform its staff in advance of the existence and scope of monitoring, in accordance with applicable labour and data protection law. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer company.

Each employee added has a free trial period of two months from the day they are added. After that period, the employee is billed according to the contracted plan.

Billing is monthly and per active employee. The company may archive employees at any time and stop being billed for them.

The provider takes reasonable measures to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The provider is not liable for the use the customer company makes of the collected data.

Either party may terminate the contract with notice. On termination, the customer company may export its data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted.
